Hold Fast to The Word of God

That time is now! Lord, we need your help now more than ever.
Dear Friends,

 The time is coming...in many instances that time is hear when people do not want to hear God's Word.  They would prefer that the Word of God be diluted and taught and preached in a way that conforms to their liking.  It does not work that way. It should not work that way.
I offer encouragement today particularly to teachers. Teachers in Sunday School and Bible Studies -- Hold fast to the Word of God. 

Isaiah 55:10-11 King James Version (KJV)

  • 10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
    11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

THE WHAT AND THE SOEVER

  Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things  are honest , whatsoever things  are  just, whatsoever things  are  pure, whatsoever things  are  lovely, whatsoever things  are  of good report; if  there be  any virtue, and if  there be  any praise, think on these things.” The truth is Jesus. Honestly. This is a fact. Scripture declares Him to be. The Way, the Truth, the Life. His ways are holy and just. His Word is pure. He is altogether lovely. Focusing on the whatsoever things is to abide in the peace of God. Thoughts centered on bountiful blessings. Determined to dwell on the goodness of God rather than the constant chaos perpetrated by the enemy of our souls. The What is also the Who.  He is the King of Kings. He is the Lord of Lords.
