Angels Keep Watching Over Me



"Be not forgetful to entertain strangers for thereby some have entertained angels
unawares."  - Hebrews 13:2

Dear Friends,

A dear sister in Christ was sharing an experience she had recently in a busy restaurant. She and her husband were invited to share a table with an elderly couple. Although hesitant to sit with strangers at first, my friend was so uplifted by the end of the encounter she said "I felt like I met Jesus." Her testimony was so moving I felt uplifted just listening.  I pictured myself at the breakfast table on a Sunday morning entertaining a stranger.  Bless God! I believe my friend broke bread with angels sent by the Lord Jesus to encourage her soul!

Open your heart. Listen and embrace the powerful truth of God's Word. 

"All night, all day, the Angels keep watching over me My Lord."

THE WHAT AND THE SOEVER

Honestly. This is a fact. Scripture declares Him to be. The Way, the Truth, the Life. His ways are holy and just. His Word is pure. He is altogether lovely. Focusing on the whatsoever things is to abide in the peace of God. Thoughts centered on bountiful blessings. Determined to dwell on the goodness of God rather than the constant chaos perpetrated by the enemy of our souls. The What is also the Who.  He is the King of Kings. He is the Lord of Lords. The Journey Here

  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. - Psalms 23:4 The journey here...that is really something to think about.  Where we are in life as compared to where we had hoped to be.  Paths chosen while other were forgotten or neglected.  Decisions.  Times of indecisiveness. There were times we crawled. Too weary to walk.  We ran. We were too impatient to wait.   The journey.  Here.  That is really something to think about. For me the most difficult and sometimes debilitating aspect of the journey, has been walking through the valley of the shadow of death.  Tempted to fear due to memories of time I could have spent, conversations I should have had, hugs I wish I had given.  This type of fearful fretting is not of God.  I have learned; I am learning that if I truly believe, He is with me.  If I surely stand on His promi...
