Dear Friends, What does it mean for the soul to be cast down and disquieted?  It can be a sad day or a season of intense grief.  It can be years of depression or seasons of it.  It can be a mind that is troubled and ill and wonders if anyone cares or understands. The disquieted soul or troubled mind can be a place of extreme isolation.  For those who have been beset with constant or frequent visits to such a place the Why that rings out comes from a place of deep anguish.  "Father do you see me in this valley." The Holy Spirit reveals to the Psalmist not to lose hope.  It is the Spirit that brings comfort in the valley.
