Can't Stop Praising His Name

It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the Lord, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the Lord;

 Dear Friends,

 Something happens when we praise the Lord.  It really is true that the pathway gets brighter and the load gets lighter.  The word of God teaches us in Isaiah 61:3b that the Lord has given us:

  • "... the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;" cf
Spirits are lifted through praise.  Praise is putting the worship of the Almighty God ahead of our own worries and cares.  It is acknowledging His authority, His majesty, His greatness in the midst of and in spite of any circumstance.

Magnify the Lord.  Remember.  This ain't no ordinary worship.  This is extraordinary praise.

THE WHAT AND THE SOEVER

  Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things  are honest , whatsoever things  are  just, whatsoever things  are  pure, whatsoever things  are  lovely, whatsoever things  are  of good report; if  there be  any virtue, and if  there be  any praise, think on these things.” The truth is Jesus.
