12 Then believed they his words; they sang his praise.
13 They soon forgat his works; they waited not for his counsel:
14 But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, and tempted God in the desert.
Dear Friends,
The children of Israel knew first hand how awesome God was. They had taken Him at His word time and again. They believed His Word as revealed to them through Moses. They praised Him for victory. Praises however were often short lived. They forgot to remember. They got in a hurry and started doing things their way. They went after what they could see and lusted after what they could not.
Let us not be like the children of Israel. Let us be consistent in our praise. Let us not forget to remember what great things God has done and continues to do in our lives. Praise ye the Lord!
