"Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain. He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness." - Galatians 3:4-6
Dear Friends,
Many of the miracles that are manifest in our lives are accomplished through song. The birds singing in the morning are faithful alarm clocks reminding us that all of God's creation are on perfect schedule. The sound of thunder, the whisper of rain, the startle of a sob, the attention getting of a babies cry. There is the melody of words when someone says I love you, I care, God bless you, I am here for you, I am your friend.
There are the words set to music: Precious Lord, Jesus Loves Me, I Believe, The Greatest Love of All, You are Not Alone.
The Miracle of a song. Sometimes just a little hum can lift your soul up...
- He knows,He knows, I'm so glad He know just how much we can bear.
- Yes, Jesus loves me. Yes Jesus loves me. Yes Jesus loves me, for the Bible tells me so.
- He lives, He lives. Christ Jesus lives today. He walks with me and talks with me along life's narrow way. He lives. He lives, salvation to impart. You ask me how I know He lives. He lives within my heart.
- I sing because I'm happy. I sing because I'm free. His eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches me.
- I am grateful for the things that He has done. I am grateful for the victories we've won. Pouring from my heart, are the issues of my heart is gratefulness.
- Because He lives I can face tomorrow. Because He lives all fear is gone. Because I know He holds the future and life is worth the living just because He lives.
- Holy, Holy, Holy. Lord God Almighty. Early in the morning my song will rise to Thee. Holy, Holy, Holy. Merciful and Mighty. God in three persons, Blessed Trinity.
The Miracle of a song!
in Christ,
Sis. Stephanie
