No Greater Joy

I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth. - 3 John 3:4

Jesus said I am the way, the truth and the life... The joy of a life following Jesus Christ.  There is no greater joy. For many years I sought to be happy.  Happiness does not compare to joy.  I have found that happiness like happenings are always changing.  Joy, however, real joy, is constant. How can this be?  It is because Jesus is Joy.  One songwriter penned:  He's the Joy of My Salvation, yes He is.

Walk by faith. Walk in truth. Keep going.  Don't stop.  Stay on the path.  Do not lose focus.  Things are not always as they appear.  Joy. Claim it.  It thrives even in the darkest of hours when you know the truth.  

Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. - John 8:31-32

THE WHAT AND THE SOEVER

  Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things  are honest , whatsoever things  are  just, whatsoever things  are  pure, whatsoever things  are  lovely, whatsoever things  are  of good report; if  there be  any virtue, and if  there be  any praise, think on these things.” The truth is Jesus. Determined to dwell on the goodness of God rather than the constant chaos perpetrated by the enemy of our souls. The What is also the Who.  He is the King of Kings. He is the Lord of Lords. Matchless in power and might. He is the Faithful and True. He holds the balance in His Hands. God weighs the intent of the heart. True Hones...
