The Open Door

Revelation 3:8 - King James Version

I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

Keep looking for the open door.  Jesus has provided a way for us in every situation.  He declares that He is the way.  He is the truth.  He is the life.  (John 14:6) As we continue to abide in Him and look unto Him in all things, He will guide us through by the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit.  No man can shut what God has opened.  Today, let us meditate on the truth.  Let us concentrate on what is good and lovely.  Let us move forward, one step at a time toward the door that the Lord has opened.  He invites us to come to Him.  Jesus said: I am the door: by me if any man enter in he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. (John 10:9)

Jesus is the Open Door.

God bless!

in Christ,

Sis. Stephanie

Adds Up…

2 Peter 1:5   “And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;” One of my hobbies is making yarn wreaths.  The wreath frame symbolizing an unbroken circle and an eternal hope. Help…My Help

Psalms 46:1   “God  is our  refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Help.  God is my Help. Always present…in trouble and in triumph.  Help. God is my Help.  I lift up my eyes knowing my help comes from the Lord.  All my help.  Every need supplied. He is My Support. He is The Solution. My Benefactor. Ever providing. Always nourishing. Constantly replenishing. Help. God is My Help. God bless. In Christ, Sis. Stephanie

THE WHAT AND THE SOEVER

Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things  are honest , whatsoever things  are  just, whatsoever things  are  pure, whatsoever things  are  lovely, whatsoever things  are  of good report; if  there be  any virtue, and if  there be  any praise, think on these things.” The truth is Jesus. Honestly. This is a fact. Scripture declares Him to be. The Way, the Truth, the Life. His ways are holy and just. His Word is pure. He is altogether lovely. Focusing on the whatsoever things is to abide in the peace of God. Thoughts centered on bountiful blessings. Determined to dwell on the goodness of God rather than the constant chaos perpetrated by the enemy of our souls. The What is also the Who.  He is the King of Kings. He is the Lord of Lords. Matchless in power and might. He is the Faithful and True. He holds the balance in His Hands. God weighs the intent of the heart. True Hones...
