Lend a compassionate ear.

Say a word to encourage 

Help to dispel a fear


Look within and without 

Seek new ways to be kind

Texts are nice but so is a call,

or handwritten note sometimes 


Stop today and consider

The weight your words may have

Sprinkle your speech with a little joy

Make someone’s heart glad


A cup of kindness…


Extend your reach

Show sincere care 

Strengthen your resolve

Choose to share


A cup of kindness every where.

I’ll Go With You

  Isaiah 41:10   “Fear thou not; for I  am  with thee: be not dismayed; for I  am  thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” “Jesus said if you go I’ll go with you.” Butterflies in my stomach  A racing heart  I do not want to attend the meeting  I wish I could cancel the appointment  I don’t want to talk about it Over “it” I don’t think I can do this  BUT GOD He reminds me that of course, I cannot accomplish even the most mundane tasks on my own  He assures me day by day that He is with me  He builds me up He orders my steps  He speaks peace to my soul  He renews my heart  Do not be afraid  You belong to Me I’ve got you I am holding you in My mighty hands  Go!
