LOOK TO THE GREAT I AM

Micah 7:7

“Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.”

Look for God in your everyday walk.  Walking through the grocery store observe the fresh fruits and vegetables.  God made these with us in mind.  The yellow bananas, purple squash, white onions, brown potatoes and my favorite green bell peppers are reminders of the richness of God's faithful love for us.

A friend once said to me that God could have chosen to make everything in black and white.  However, he chose to color the grass green, the sky blue and sprinkled with fluffy clouds.  God was thoughtful and deliberate in preparing the earth and all that dwells therein.  There was no big bang theory that can explain the vast power of God.  By His Word, "let there be..." God deliberately prepared all things.

He is the Great I Am

  • And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the Lord... Exodus 6:2
  • I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.  - Exodus 20:2
  • Behold, I am the Lordthe God of all flesh: ithere any thing too hard for me? - Jeremiah 32:27
  • For I am the LordI change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. - Malachi 3:6
  • I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.  - Revelation 1:8
Look to the GREAT I AM.

Adds Up…

2 Peter 1:5   “And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;” One of my hobbies is making yarn wreaths.  The wreath frame symbolizing an unbroken circle and an eternal hope. As I tie each double strand of yarn I consider the blessings  of the “tysthatbind”  Adds up… Love+ Faith+ Hope+ Mercy+ Grace+ Peace= Diligently,  Continually  Seeking  to  Add to my faith virtue,  And to virtue knowledge Adds up… God bless.♥️  In Christ, Sis. Help…My Help

Psalms 46:1   “God  is our  refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Help.  God is my Help. Always present…in trouble and in triumph.  Help. God is my Help.  I lift up my eyes knowing my help comes from the Lord.  All my help.  Every need supplied. He is My Support. He is The Solution. My Benefactor. Ever providing. Always nourishing. Constantly replenishing. Help. God is My Help. God bless. In Christ, Sis. Stephanie

THE WHAT AND THE SOEVER

Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things  are honest , whatsoever things  are  just, whatsoever things  are  pure, whatsoever things  are  lovely, whatsoever things  are  of good report; if  there be  any virtue, and if  there be  any praise, think on these things.” The truth is Jesus. Honestly. This is a fact. Scripture declares Him to be. The Way, the Truth, the Life. His ways are holy and just. His Word is pure. He is altogether lovely. Focusing on the whatsoever things is to abide in the peace of God. Thoughts centered on bountiful blessings. Determined to dwell on the goodness of God rather than the constant chaos perpetrated by the enemy of our souls. The What is also the Who.  He is the King of Kings. He is the Lord of Lords. Matchless in power and might. He is the Faithful and True. He holds the balance in His Hands. God weighs the intent of the heart. True Hones...
