Come This Far By Faith

"Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.
The Lord hath made all things for himself..." - Proverbs 16:3-4a

Dear Friends,

Often when working on projects in the workplace, we are required to submit outlines. It is necessary to state goals and objectives. In some instances we have to assign key performance indicators and state expected outcomes.  At times all of these steps can be overwhelming.

I have learned over the course of many years to rely on the truth of God's word and apply Proverbs 16:3 to work challenges of all types.
Commit the work to the Lord.  Seek His glory and He will direct the thought process to the outcomes He desires.

I am embarking on a new assignment and I praise God on today knowing that as He has been with me during each chapter of life, each step of the way -- I can trust Him to see me through.

"Come this far by faith, leaning on the Lord.  Trusting in His Holy Word, can't turn around.  He's never failed me yet."

in Christ,

Sis. Stephanie

Adds Up…

2 Peter 1:5   “And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;” One of my hobbies is making yarn wreaths.  The wreath frame symbolizing an unbroken circle and an eternal hope. Help…My Help

Psalms 46:1   “God  is our  refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Help.  God is my Help. Always present…in trouble and in triumph.  Help. God is my Help.  I lift up my eyes knowing my help comes from the Lord.  All my help.  Every need supplied. He is My Support. He is The Solution. My Benefactor. Ever providing. Always nourishing. Constantly replenishing. Help. God is My Help. God bless. In Christ, Sis. Stephanie

THE WHAT AND THE SOEVER

Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things  are honest , whatsoever things  are  just, whatsoever things  are  pure, whatsoever things  are  lovely, whatsoever things  are  of good report; if  there be  any virtue, and if  there be  any praise, think on these things.” The truth is Jesus. Honestly. This is a fact. Scripture declares Him to be. The Way, the Truth, the Life. His ways are holy and just. His Word is pure. He is altogether lovely. Focusing on the whatsoever things is to abide in the peace of God. Thoughts centered on bountiful blessings. Determined to dwell on the goodness of God rather than the constant chaos perpetrated by the enemy of our souls. The What is also the Who.  He is the King of Kings. He is the Lord of Lords. Matchless in power and might. He is the Faithful and True. He holds the balance in His Hands. God weighs the intent of the heart. True Hones...
