Casting All Your Cares Upon Him...

1 Peter 5:5-7King James Version (KJV)

5 Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Dear Friends,

The burdens and worries we carry are not meant for us to bear on our own.  Sometimes it is our pride that causes us to feel we have to go the distance alone. God is waiting for us to cast each care upon Him.

   And your body bends beneath the weight of care;
   He will never leave you then, He’ll go with you to the end—
