Workmanship

Ephesians 2:10

“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”


Design.

Creation.

Masterpiece.

Handiwork. 


Each of us fashioned by God.

We are his workmanship.

Every bone in our body, each and every hair on our head is accounted for.

Our heartbeat, our blood flow, our intricate brain, crafted by God.


The children sing:

 “Head 

shoulders knees and toes. Knees and toes. Eyes and ears and mouth and nose. Head, shoulders, knees and toes. Knees and toes.” 

All parts of the body planned and purposed. 


Our lives matter.

Our presence is noteworthy.

No one is above another. 

All of us, God’s workmanship. 


Therefore let us learn to number our days.

Apply our hearts to wisdom.

Understand and be mindful 

always that it is the Lord who made us and not we ourselves. 


We belong to God. The Almighty 

created, designed, and fashioned us.

Workmanship.

Handiwork.

Masterpiece.

Formed by God’s own hands. 


Created in Christ Jesus unto good works. 

Let us therefore, be about our 

Father’s business.

I’ll Go With You

  Isaiah 41:10   “Fear thou not; for I  am  with thee: be not dismayed; for I  am  thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” “Jesus said if you go I’ll go with you.” Butterflies in my stomach  A racing heart  I do not want to attend the meeting  I wish I could cancel the appointment  I don’t want to talk about it Over “it” I don’t think I can do this  BUT GOD He reminds me that of course, I cannot accomplish even the most mundane tasks on my own  He assures me day by day that He is with me  He builds me up He orders my steps  He speaks peace to my soul  He renews my heart  Do not be afraid  You belong to Me I’ve got you I am holding you in My mighty hands  Go!
