God Is Working in Our Lives: The Holy Spirit is Near



Romans 8:6-10King James Version (KJV)

6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

Dear Friends,

God is working in our lives. The Holy Spirit is near.  This should be the assurance of every born again believer.  Salvation the saving grace of God, speaks first of all to our redemption from the grip of sin and it's penalty.  

 God in His majestic grace has extended His saving power to all aspects of our life.  Jesus spoke of the abundant life we have in Him.  (John 10:9-11)

God is working in our lives each and every day. The Holy Spirit is near.
The Lord is perfecting that which concerns us. We are not left to fend for ourselves.
(Psalm 138:8)

The Lord, the Holy Spirit is working in our lives. He is interceding for us. Take heart my brothers and sisters.

26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

God IS working in our lives. His Holy Spirit is always near.

THE WHAT AND THE SOEVER

  Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things  are honest , whatsoever things  are  just, whatsoever things  are  pure, whatsoever things  are  lovely, whatsoever things  are  of good report; if  there be  any virtue, and if  there be  any praise, think on these things.” The truth is Jesus. Honestly. This is a fact. Scripture declares Him to be. The Way, the Truth, the Life. His ways are holy and just. His Word is pure. He is altogether lovely. Focusing on the whatsoever things is to abide in the peace of God. Thoughts centered on bountiful blessings. Determined to dwell on the goodness of God rather than the constant chaos perpetrated by the enemy of our souls. The What is also the Who.  He is the King of Kings. He is the Lord of Lords.
