Pause and Thank God...

Psalm 86:5 King James Version (KJV)

5 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
Dear Friends,
This morning I was thinking about all the times I failed to thank God for His many blessings.  One songwriter penned: "Every day is a day of thanksgiving."
Yet, I confess this has not always been my mantra.  The Psalmist reminds us in Psalm 86:5:
For thou, Lord, art good
And
Ready to forgive
Plenteous in mercy
Unto 
All that call upon
Thee
Lord thank you for blessing me and forgiving me even when I did not pause to say thank you.  You are Good. God you are Gracious.  You are Worthy of all praise and thanksgiving.
I just want to pause RIGHT NOW and thank God.

  Psalms 46:1   “God  is our  refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Help.  God is my Help. Always present…in trouble and in triumph.  Help. God is my Help.  I lift up my eyes knowing my help comes from the Lord.  All my help.  Every need supplied. He is My Support. He is The Solution. My Benefactor. Ever providing. Always nourishing. THE WHAT AND THE SOEVER

  Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things  are honest , whatsoever things  are  just, whatsoever things  are  pure, whatsoever things  are  lovely, whatsoever things  are  of good report; if  there be  any virtue, and if  there be  any praise, think on these things.” The truth is Jesus. Honestly. This is a fact. Scripture declares Him to be. The Way, the Truth, the Life. His ways are holy and just. His Word is pure. He is altogether lovely. Focusing on the whatsoever things is to abide in the peace of God. Thoughts centered on bountiful blessings. Determined to dwell on the goodness of God rather than the constant chaos perpetrated by the enemy of our souls. The What is also the Who.  He is the King of Kings. He is the Lord of Lords. Matchless in power and might. He is the Faithful and True. He holds the balance in His Hands. God weighs the intent of the heart. True Hones...
