BUT FOR A MOMENT

2 Corinthians 4:17 “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;” But for a moment Temporarily  For now  For the present Briefly But for a moment.  The trouble, heart ache and pain are for now. They are not here to last.  Eventually and sometimes suddenly the change happens. Trouble is in the rear-view mirror.  It is behind us. Briefly, the suffering, the turmoil, and despair.  One day they will be things of the past.  It is true, trouble does not last always. For now the grief is unbearable. Life has shifted.  Nothing seems familiar.  A place is set at the table.  Yet, there is an absence.  With the family gathered, we look out the window expecting to see the one whose absence has brought us together.   Gone home...so many loved ones and friends.  It is written, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. For the present there are burdens that seem too hard to bear.  Our heads may be bowed.  Our

IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOD

"In the beginning God..." - Genesis 1:1a Everything begins and ends with God.   God, from the beginning.   God in the middle.  God at the end.  It has always been God.  He brought me through.  He regulates my mind and fixes my heart. It has always been God.  He provides food and shelter.  He gives hope for tomorrow. It has always been God.  Always He is near.  He heals and He delivers. It has always been God.  In the beginning God. Everything begins and ends with God. It has always been God. God bless, In Christ, Sis. Stephanie

THESE THINGS I KNOW

Job 19:25   “For I know  that my  redeemer liveth, and  that  he shall stand at the latter  day  upon the earth:” “These Things I Know” sdktyus@2023 I know that my Redeemer lives.  I know the Lord loves me.  I walk by faith on this Christian path, When my way I cannot see. I know that I am thought about.   I am  engraved on the palms of His hands.  I am dressed in the armor of God.  I am doing all to stand. I know I have an anchor.  Christ is abiding in my soul.  I know there is joy awaiting.  There are blessings to behold. I know the Lord is keeping me.  He is merciful. His ways are right.  I am holding on, To His unchanging hand.  I can make it the through the night.   I know my Redeemer lives.  I know that God loves me.  I walk by faith on this Christian path,  When my way I cannot see. God bless✨  In Christ, Sis. Stephanie

DON’T FORGET TO REMEMBER

Lamentations 3:21   “This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.” Remember that God loves you.  Remember that He cares. A definition: Remember  To have in or be able to bring to one’s mind an awareness of someone or something that one has seen, known, or experienced in the past   Don’t forget to remember all the times God has brought you through. Remember. Bring it to mind. Be aware of God’s presence. Recall the blessings you have seen, known and experienced in the past. Take a moment. Wait a second. Don’t forget to remember. God bless✨  In Christ, Sis. Stephanie

ALL OF MY HELP

Psalms 121:2 “My help  cometh  from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.” I thank God for the privilege of “Tysthatbind.” From the title to the content, I praise God. Of all the words included in an entry, the most important, always, is the Word of God. The purpose of the commentary is to encourage other believers in their walk with the Lord.  “If I can help somebody as I ‘write’ along, Then my living shall not be in vain. Very clearly the Lord imparted  “help” in my spirit. All of my help comes from the Lord. I have learned that although personal opinion may uplift,  true help comes only from God. Perhaps, you are in need of help… I recommend Jesus. He is a friend of mine. Every need He supplies. There is no fault in Christ. In Him there is no failure. All help, all of my help,  is from the Lord. The earth is His. We are His people. We are God’s folks. We are His  family. If you ask for the way… The response, Jesus. If you want the truth… The response, Jesus  If you want life… The

TOUCH I. D.

Matthew 9:21 “For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.” The woman with the issue of blood had been sick for a long time.  There seemed to be no remedy for what ailed her. The fact that she sought Jesus is evidence that her hope was alive. Her faith was intentional. She pressed forward, reaching for the Savior. She got close enough to touch his garment. Her faith made her whole. Many of us have issues. Some are health concerns. There are financial problems.  Family matters, The list of issues goes on. Just as in Biblical times we are seeking a remedy for our issues. Touch I.D. The woman touched the garment of Jesus. He identified the touch. Faith. Let us reach for the Lord. By faith we will be recognized. A child of God in need of a remedy. Faith. TOUCH I.D. God bless✨  In Christ, Sis. Stephanie

STEP BY STEP

Job 31:4 “Doth not he see my ways, and count all my steps?” God sees. God knows. God cares. God understands. God protects me. God is always with me. God provides for me. God prepares me. God see my ways. God counts my steps.  Step by step… God.  God bless✨  In Christ, Sis. Stephanie

GOD HAS THE FINAL SAY

Psalms 95:7 “For he  is  our God; and we  are  the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice,” “What Promised It Is So” - sdktyus@2023 He is our God  He cares about us He is always faithful  It is in God we trust He has promised not to forsake us His Holy Spirit is our guide He teaches us, He comforts us In our hearts He abides There is nothing too hard for God to do He is concerned about what concerns you Pray do not stop praying  Let God lead you through  In sunshine or showers  In valleys or mountain high He is able, He is almighty  He sees your heart  He hears the tiniest cry If you feel discouraged today  If your head is bowed low Look up and believe What God promised, it is so. God bless✨  In Christ, Sis. Stephanie

HAVE THINE OWN WAY

Psalms 86:11 “Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.” I want the Lord to have His way in my life. I pray that He directs my path.  I trust and acknowledge Him. To each of you my brothers and sisters, I pray for the peace of God to reign in your life. Let us choose faith over fear. Let the Lord have His way. This song is my prayer today Have Thine Own Way Lord - Jim Reeves Have thine own way Lord Have thine own way Thou art the potter I am the clay Mold me and make me after Thy will While I am waiting yielded and still Have thine own way Lord Have Thine own way Search me and try me Master today Whiter than snow Lord wash me just now As in thy presence humbly I bow Have thine own way Lord Have Thine own way Hold over my being absolute sway Filled with Thy spirit till all can see Christ only always living in me God bless. In Christ, Sis. Stephanie
