AS GOD COMMANDS

 

Lamentations 3:37

“Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not?”


No room for personal opinion.

No private interpretation.

What God says is what God means.


God does not negotiate.

He doesn’t hold forums.

God does not bargain.

He cannot be manipulated.


It seems that I am stating the obvious.

However, opinions fly.

Interpretations abound.

Folks trying to strike a deal with God.

Wrong cannot be rationalized.


By the Word of the Lord everything exists.

He is the God of “Let there be…


Therefore let us consider:


“Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass,

When the Lord commandeth it not?”


Thus says the Word of the Lord.

As God commands.

I’ll Go With You

  Isaiah 41:10   “Fear thou not; for I  am  with thee: be not dismayed; for I  am  thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” “Jesus said if you go I’ll go with you.” Butterflies in my stomach  A racing heart  I do not want to attend the meeting  I wish I could cancel the appointment  I don’t want to talk about it Over “it” I don’t think I can do this  BUT GOD He reminds me that of course, I cannot accomplish even the most mundane tasks on my own  He assures me day by day that He is with me  He builds me up He orders my steps  He speaks peace to my soul  He renews my heart  Do not be afraid  You belong to Me I’ve got you I am holding you in My mighty hands  Go!
