Psalms 143:8

“Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.”


Which way to go

What to do 

Who to call

When should I turn left or right

Why so many questions 


Read, study, and meditate on the 

Word of God.


It an opportunity to experience the loving kindness of God.


Our hope and trust is strengthened as we apply the Lord’s instructions to our daily lives.


The Word is our outline.


“But the Word of God was unto them 

precept; line upon line,”

- Isaiah 28:13a


As we seek God, 

and daily trust Him, 

our steps will be directed.

 

We will not wander aimlessly.  

Rather, we will move with purpose.

On purpose.


God will show us the way.

He will instruct us as to what we should do. 

We will call on Him.

He will our be compass.


If we lack wisdom all we need to do is ask Him. 

Ask in faith nothing wavering.

- James 1:6a

"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"     - I Timothy 2:5 Dear Friends, "Please listen carefully for our options have changed."  I stay on the line listening to each option. More often than not there are at least seven.  If none of the options meet the need you have the final option of pressing "0" for the operator.   I praise God that on this Christian journey.  The access options do not change.  There is only One. One God, One Mediator, the man Christ Jesus. Jesus paid the ultimate sacrifice to provide us with unlimited access to the throne of God. We are never put on hold when we reach out to God. The Journey Here

  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. - Psalms 23:4 The journey here...that is really something to think about.  Where we are in life as compared to where we had hoped to be.  Paths chosen while other were forgotten or neglected.  Decisions.  Times of indecisiveness. There were times we crawled. Too weary to walk.  We ran. We were too impatient to wait.   The journey.  Here.  That is really something to think about. For me the most difficult and sometimes debilitating aspect of the journey, has been walking through the valley of the shadow of death.  Tempted to fear due to memories of time I could have spent, conversations I should have had, hugs I wish I had given.  This type of fearful fretting is not of God.  I have learned; I am learning that if I truly believe, He is with me.  If I surely stand on His promi...

If We Live

  For  that  ye ought to say, If the Lord  will ,  we  shall live, and  do   this ,  or   that .                                                   - James 4:15 If I live to see tomorrow... I remember hearing adults say this when I was a child.  Tomorrow seemed to be some miraculous day.  Big things were going to happen.  Something special was in store.  I began to think and say aloud: I can't wait until tomorrow. I did not realize that the biggest factor in "tomorrow" was if the Lord willed us to live to see it.  Everything, each and every day rested in the will of God.  So, what about today? How about some reframing.  "The Lord has blessed me with today. He allowed me this day."  How about doing something in the now. Procrastination is a thief.  It is a threat to hope....
