What Time Is It?

"We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed;  we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;" - 2 Corinthians 4:8-9

Dear Friends,

I knew it was coming but I thought I had a little more time. The signs were there...memory loss, slow response time. I prayed but the season had ended. My computer crashed.  And the truth is there is nothing about it that will cause me to shed a tear. The computer is a tool, a means to an end.

Often times there are people in our lives that we take for granted because we think we have plenty of time.  We may forget to make the calls. The card we meant to send never gets mailed.  Memory loss and slow response time...Lord please help us today.

"Teach us to number our days that we might apply our hearts unto wisdom." - Psalms 90:12

Adds Up…

2 Peter 1:5   “And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;” One of my hobbies is making yarn wreaths.  The wreath frame symbolizing an unbroken circle and an eternal hope. Help…My Help

Psalms 46:1   “God  is our  refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Help.  God is my Help. Always present…in trouble and in triumph.  Help. God is my Help.  I lift up my eyes knowing my help comes from the Lord.  All my help.  Every need supplied. He is My Support. He is The Solution. My Benefactor. Ever providing. Always nourishing. Constantly replenishing. Help. God is My Help. God bless. In Christ, Sis. Stephanie

THE WHAT AND THE SOEVER

Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things  are honest , whatsoever things  are  just, whatsoever things  are  pure, whatsoever things  are  lovely, whatsoever things  are  of good report; if  there be  any virtue, and if  there be  any praise, think on these things.” The truth is Jesus. Honestly. This is a fact. Scripture declares Him to be. The Way, the Truth, the Life. His ways are holy and just. His Word is pure. He is altogether lovely. Focusing on the whatsoever things is to abide in the peace of God. Thoughts centered on bountiful blessings. Determined to dwell on the goodness of God rather than the constant chaos perpetrated by the enemy of our souls. The What is also the Who.  He is the King of Kings. He is the Lord of Lords. Matchless in power and might. He is the Faithful and True. He holds the balance in His Hands. God weighs the intent of the heart. True Hones...
