Abundant Blessings




"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."
  - St. John 10:10

 Dear Friends,

 My mother used to have a little red and white pillow hanging on the doorknob as you entered the house. It read: "Simple pleasures, abundant blessings, grateful hearts."  Abundant blessings, this is what the Lord has provided for us. One definition of abundant is marked by great plenty.  Synonyms for abundant include: plentiful, copious, ample, profuse, rich, lavish, abounding, liberal, generous, bountiful, large, huge, great!

 Plentiful grace due to the abundant life we have in Christ.  Ample supply to meet our daily needs.  The abundant life we have in Christ. Rich mercy that overflows daily in our lives.  This is abundant life in Christ.  Abounding hope, faith, love, joy and peace in spite of...This is the abundant life we have in Christ.

 We serve a Generous God!  We enjoy bountiful blessings at His hand. Blessing that are so large, so huge and so great we cannot count them nor comprehend their magnitude.

 Christ is the Master of Multiplication. Abundant life.  We have it...

I’ll Go With You

  Isaiah 41:10   “Fear thou not; for I  am  with thee: be not dismayed; for I  am  thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” “Jesus said if you go I’ll go with you.” Butterflies in my stomach  A racing heart  I do not want to attend the meeting  I wish I could cancel the appointment  I don’t want to talk about it Over “it” I don’t think I can do this  BUT GOD He reminds me that of course, I cannot accomplish even the most mundane tasks on my own  He assures me day by day that He is with me  He builds me up He orders my steps  He speaks peace to my soul  He renews my heart  Do not be afraid  You belong to Me I’ve got you I am holding you in My mighty hands  Go!
