It's Prayer Time




"As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me.Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice." - Psalms 55:16-17

Dear Friends, 

It's always time to pray.  Morning, night and noon take time to have a talk with the Lord.  

The Bible teaches us:

" And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;" - Luke 18:1

" Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." - James 5:16

" If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land". - II Chronicles 7:14

 Let us be diligent in praying one for another. Let us be bold in approaching God's throne on behalf of our brothers and sisters in Christ, our families, communities, churches and the the unsaved.

If we do our work in prayer we will find that prayer works!

THE WHAT AND THE SOEVER

Honestly. This is a fact. Scripture declares Him to be. The Way, the Truth, the Life. His ways are holy and just. His Word is pure. He is altogether lovely. Focusing on the whatsoever things is to abide in the peace of God. Thoughts centered on bountiful blessings. Determined to dwell on the goodness of God rather than the constant chaos perpetrated by the enemy of our souls. The What is also the Who.  He is the King of Kings. He is the Lord of Lords. Matchless in power and might. He is the Faithful and True. He holds the balance in His Hands. God weighs the intent of the heart. True Hones...

The Journey Here

  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. - Psalms 23:4 The journey here...that is really something to think about.  Where we are in life as compared to where we had hoped to be.  Paths chosen while other were forgotten or neglected.  Decisions.  Times of indecisiveness. There were times we crawled. Too weary to walk.  We ran. We were too impatient to wait.   The journey.  Here.  That is really something to think about. For me the most difficult and sometimes debilitating aspect of the journey, has been walking through the valley of the shadow of death.  Tempted to fear due to memories of time I could have spent, conversations I should have had, hugs I wish I had given.  This type of fearful fretting is not of God.  I have learned; I am learning that if I truly believe, He is with me.  If I surely stand on His promi...
