The Faintest Cry

"Thou hast heard my voice: hide not thine ear at my breathing, at my cry. Thou drewest near in the day that I called upon thee: thou saidst, Fear not. O LORD, thou hast pleaded the causes of my soul, thou hast redeemed my life."
   - Lamentations 3:56-58

 Dear Friends,

God hears our  faintest cry and responds to each one. How beautiful to know that the Lord supports us in advance of our concerns with the assurance that we do not have to fear.

Fearless! This is the life that we can have in Christ.  Are we successful each day living without fear? No, because we are human.  Yet, the scriptures remind us that in each situation we can choose to cast our care, our fear, our apprehension and any doubt on the Lord. He invites us to do so. It is in Him and through Him, that we can live without fear.

"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.  Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:" - I Peter 5:6-8

"Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.We love him, because he first loved us." - I John 4:17-19

" All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls." - St. Matthew 11:27-29

Now let us have a little talk with Jesus
Let us tell Him all about our troubles

He will hear our faintest cry
He will answer by and by
                        Now when you feel
                        a little prayer wheel turning
And you know a little fire is burning
You will find a little talk
                      with Jesus makes it right

Help…My Help

Psalms 46:1   “God  is our  refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Help.  God is my Help. Always present…in trouble and in triumph.  Help. God is my Help.  I lift up my eyes knowing my help comes from the Lord.  All my help.  Every need supplied. He is My Support. He is The Solution. My Benefactor. Ever providing. Always nourishing. Constantly replenishing. Help. God is My Help. God bless. In Christ, Sis. Stephanie

THE WHAT AND THE SOEVER

Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things  are honest , whatsoever things  are  just, whatsoever things  are  pure, whatsoever things  are  lovely, whatsoever things  are  of good report; if  there be  any virtue, and if  there be  any praise, think on these things.” The truth is Jesus. Honestly. This is a fact. Scripture declares Him to be. The Way, the Truth, the Life. His ways are holy and just. His Word is pure. He is altogether lovely. Focusing on the whatsoever things is to abide in the peace of God. Thoughts centered on bountiful blessings. Determined to dwell on the goodness of God rather than the constant chaos perpetrated by the enemy of our souls. The What is also the Who.  He is the King of Kings. He is the Lord of Lords. Matchless in power and might. He is the Faithful and True. He holds the balance in His Hands. God weighs the intent of the heart. True Hones...

Believing God

Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform  it  until the day of Jesus Christ:” Preparing for the next chapter. Cleaning the clutter inside and out.  Reevaluating priorities.  Seeking a revival.  Believing God.  Slowing down a bit.  Focusing on spiritual wellness.  Taking care of my business.  Exercising faith.  Believing God. Stopping to view the sunrise.  Appreciating the sunset.  Planting flowers.  Picking some… Believing God.  Being thankful.  Being kind.  Being… Just being. Believing God.  God bless. In Christ, Sis.
